[Bug] Wrong locale after installation, not possible to change

Hi!

Describe the bug
I installed the tool via Run with Power Shell and to my surprise Notepad launched with DE locale. My OS is PL locale. I have DE keyboard installed, but it was not active at the time of installation. There is no way to change it in the options.

Actually I am not sure how to change it, what is the language in your windows settings? It should be using the one that appears in your windows settings (language section).

Dear Jason, my language is Polish, but I have two keyboards installed: PL and DE, out of which only PL was active at the time.

Not sure why Windows 10 is not using PL instead... This is enabled and set as default by windows. I don't find any control on my end with my app, sadly...
