Username Case Sensitivity

/content/Texcouple/ & /content/texcouple/ are the same account, I'm not sure how this happens but it has happened on more than one account and causes issues on windows file systems.

As reddit /user/ urls are case insensitive, both T/t link to Texcouple using the case they entered at signup. For people using gonewilder with limited storage this becomes a problem also, see CESakII.png

This won't clean up duplicate names w/ differing case. It might not even fix the issue ... here's hoping...
