Launcher not starting for some users

If the Windows Username contains special characters like # the app will not start correctly. To fix this, simply replace the string concatenation for html-files (loadUrl) with url.loadUrl(), for more info see electron docs: https://www.electronjs.org/docs/api/browser-window#winloadurlurl-options
