Equipment per Sub Event

So I just added in equipment for Fall Concert, it would be nice if there was a way to copy it from the actual event to load-in. Or if there was just equipment for the event as a whole.

For copying equipment between eventdates, the way I'd like to implement this involves harvesthq/chosen#2753, so we could wait until that is implemented, or I could maybe do something like having "Copy from [dropdown]" fields in each eventdate, which honestly seems kind of messy.

For having the event contain equipment, we'd have to figure out how that is displayed and how that would propagate. It could show up in its own box on the event page, or it could just add that equipment to the display of each eventdate.
