Weekly Events Email Form #333

Can the Send Weekly Events Email form be changed so that the form is basically:

To:
Bcc:
Subject:
Body:

Where body is autofilled with what is usually autogenerated and then it can just be edited as text.

I just prefer to be able to edit what is autogenerated from the form and like to see what it looks like before it is sent.
