First of all, it's recommended to just create a new issue rather than commenting under one that's unrelated to your problem. You might not be able to spawn some entities as you're missing a dependency, which I assume is Contraption Framework, try installing it on your local or server, depending on where you're encountering this problem, and create a new issue if the problem persists.
