Modular pkg does not compile

I noticed as reported here that the modular pkg does not compile.
I cloned the repository and then i wrote the command catkin_make.

Looking at commits on the modular_hhcm repository i noticed that the repository inside the container is not updated, indeed the commit is acd71a21cde925efbdd628ec4cc5b7a83cd5843c instead of f1b784cc9f7ca7fa69cbac7cbeabb57641b3acf9.
I tryed to update the repo manually, but there is a new error:
"Multiple packages found with the same name "modular_resources"
