Summary

Create a Portal (makeportals.com) link so judges can interact with the live Helicity dashboard. Required for webapp submissions.

Tasks

• Create Portal account (same email as hackathon signup): https://www.makeportals.com/
• Deploy frontend + backend first (see Deployment (Vercel + Railway/Render) #20)
• Create Portal link pointing to deployed dashboard URL
• Verify judges can interact with: stress score table, detail view, map, developer portal
• Include Portal link in video demo submission
• Add Portal link to README

Context

From hackathon organizers: "If you are building a webapp, local file or Chrome extension, the judges expect to review a portal together with your video demo."

Portal converts any running product into a shareable browser session — no install needed for judges.
