README Workflow Differs From the Video Walkthrough

ISSUE:

As I worked through the README to setup my development environment, I found myself having to search back and forth through the video when looking for clarification.

PROPOSED SOLUTION:

Add "See Video" links which take the engineer to the portion of the video where the step was presented.

I will take a stab at this myself to see if it is worth the effort.
