Import Data from Filesystem

It would be cool to have some possibility to import files into the repository without the user needs to touch git.
E.g.

1. User Adds some file in any RDF serialization to the directory of the git repository
2. The user has some way in the quit store to select the file
3. The user has some way to specify the graph to which the data is added
4. quit store parses the selected file and adds it to the graph.

maybe this would even be better with any directory, not just the git repositories directory
