In the Add Items section, the form fields (text inputs) are not clearly visible when dark mode is enabled. The styling needs to be updated so that all form fields remain readable in both light and dark modes.
Expected Behaviour
- Form fields in the Add Items section are clearly visible in dark mode.
- Text color, background, and borders should provide sufficient contrast.
- Functionality of the form remains unchanged.
