Igniter button and sequence action #21

When we have a fuel igniter to start engine combustion, we need a button to control it (for testing) and a sequence action to fire it.

The igniter will be wired into the LabJack as if it were a valve, except unlike valves it gets melted a second or so after you turn it on.
