Build the Clip Editor Screen

Description:
Users can tap a clip to open the Clip Editor — a modal/screen with a video player, trim handles, a platform selector (TikTok / Instagram / YouTube), and an auto-generated caption editable field.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Screen header shows "Clip Editor" with "Save & Return" and "×" buttons
• A video player renders the selected clip (use expo-av or expo-video)
• Trim slider allows setting start/end time within the clip
• Current time and total duration are displayed below the player
• Platform tabs (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) switch the export format label
• Caption field is pre-populated with AI-generated text and is editable
• "Save & Return" saves changes and navigates back to Curation
• Changes are discarded with a confirmation prompt when "×" is tapped with unsaved changes
