Test the rendering of a layered AVIF image that can be decoded by hardware on Android

Yuan Tong reported this issue in PR #1069 (comment) originally. You can ignore the rest of that comment except the last two paragraphs, reproduced below:

There's another bug in Android System that it always renders the first layer (at least on my phone with sm8550 and Android 16 QPR2) when viewing a layered AVIF that can be decoded by hardware (I guess this is a software bug when using HW decoder).

But if I remux the AVIF into a MP4 some video player rendered it correctly (using c2.qti.av1.decoder, should be hardware decoded) so I assume hardware implementation is also correct.

Vignesh: Could you please try to reproduce this bug on Android? Thank you.
