French accent h override

This probably won't matter for long, but because the letter h is replaced with ' then any phrases that start with h do not accent-shift over.  

What I did:  Say 'hello.'
what I expected: Yvette Bellerose says, "Bonjour."
what happened: Yvette Bellerose says, "'ello.'

Cactus said something about a regex fix.
