Respawn verb is not locked #88

Click respawn while alive, instant back to lobby while your body is left behind, unable to matrixed. This is theoretically infinite given I did not notice a timer except the 2 minute matrix one which still did not work to shove the old body out.

I have no idea how the respawn verb got anti-ghost locked, likely something to do with the removal of the ghost verb so perhaps removing the respawn verb is smart to instead just have matrix instead
