New BLUEPILL_F103C8 target problem

mbed compile --target BLUEPILL_F103C8 --toolchain GCC_ARM --profile debug
knows the BLUEPILL_F103C8 target and compiles OK while
mbed export -i vscode_gcc_arm --target BLUEPILL_F103C8 --profile debug
complains about unknown target. mbed-os is the latest 6.2.0
