What's wrong or missing?

Skillware documentation lives at docs/skillware-integration.md, outside the integrations tree. It should sit alongside other stack folders under integrations/skillware/ with the same README + runnable demo pattern.

Missing: dual mock/live paths, ingress/bind/observer hooks once shipped (#12).

Suggested fix (optional)

1. Create integrations/skillware/README.md — [skillware] extra, membrane boundaries, SkillwareHost, mock-first then live skills, run commands
2. Slim docs/skillware-integration.md → redirect to integration folder (ripple in #14)
3. docs/integrations/README.md — Skillware as one row in the stack index
4. Note coat-level Skillware bundles (tight/tailored postures) in coat-ops docs when shipped — separate from user integration demos

Depends on Integrations layout draft (49). Ship after #12 milestones so doc matches behavior.
