Reading ruler for focused reading

Why you want this feature to be implemented? Please describe.

I've found it easier to read non-fiction and dense books via a reading ruler that focuses my attention to one line at a time. Having this feature would go a long way in helping me get through my list of nonfiction books to read on book-story

Describe the feature you'd like to be implemented

I think the simplest implementation would be to add a horizontal line within the "perception expander" setting so I could set the vertical and horizontal margins into a box to a encompass a select line that moves as I scroll down the document. Ideally I'd like the horizontal line to have the same settings as the vertical lines in the perception expander such as line thickness.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Expanding the line height, and letter height so each line is separated by enough space to make it easier to focus though this just slows down my reading speed as it requires me to scroll through more dead space to read the next line.

Thank you for feature request! Should this just be 2 lines, or the screen should dim at "non-focused" areas? Do you mean same functionality as perception expander, just horizontal?

I meant same functionality as perception expander, just with a horizontal dimension added on to it. Dimming the rest of the screen would be nice but not necessary for me .
