Hey, this feature is not yet supported since the idea is to create backups from cloud hosted service to your local server. |

Hey, Ideally I would not want to include this feature since the idea behind git-sync was to be able to create backups from cloud hosted git solutions that you use. But I am open to discussing on the reasoning of why you would want this feature as part of git-sync. PS: Moving this issue to a discussion. |

The feature would be valuable for teams and individuals who need a reliable and automated way to sync repositories across different environments, whether for backup, deployment, or development workflows. Including this feature in Git-Sync would streamline these processes by eliminating the need for separate tools or manual steps, thereby enhancing efficiency and reducing the risk of errors. It aligns with Git-Sync’s core purpose of repository synchronization but broadens its utility for more varied use cases, particularly in CI/CD pipelines, multi-repository projects, or when working with on-premise solutions. |

Describe the feature or enhancement
Hi,
Thank you for this repository and tool. I have a question regarding syncing repositories: Is it possible to sync from one source repository to another source repository instead of a local folder? For example, can we sync a GitHub repository to a GitLab repository as the destination?
Thank you!
