セキュリティ上考慮すべきポイント、方針を記載する。
セッションフィクセーション、CSRF対策など。
主にSpring Security関連の方針を記載する。

認証、認可関連は、アプリケーション形態によるところもあるので、概要編に書くことがあるかは要検討。
形態別に書いたほうが良ければここには詳細を書かず、別Issueで検討する。
