This project has now been shelved indefinitely, Pull requests will no longer be accepted. I have decided that with the return of Red Powers original author and her plans for Red Power 3 the demand for a mod like Blue Power will be greatly diminished. It makes sense therefore to cut our losses as early as we can so that there is as little wasted effort as possible.
