Add prettier and .editorconfig

What about an .editorconfig such this:

[*]
indent_style = space
end_of_line = lf
charset = utf-8

Adding other stuff such trim_trailing_whitespace, insert_final_newline, indent_size and so doesn't make much sense since prettier is gonna take care of it.

As per prettier... I usually don't configure anything, it comes all set
