Children accounts feature

Maybe a use case could be for parents to configure a prompt around the accounts of their kids. Making sure that it's the right language and content for their kids...

I'm going to think more about this. My hunch is that we first need to nail a use case for the grown-up ChatGPT users who are frustrated by XYZ and start to use HostedGPT as an alternative: and maybe it is the "I want to try different models..." use case. That's definitely a real one.

But I'm not sure about that. Maybe there is something to this kid/family use-case.

Would it be useful to start with adding an 'administrator' privilege that allows someone to list all of the users, delete if needed, and maybe maintain some permissions (without having to use rails console). That might be useful even without the kid/family use.

Some features I can think of:

• management of API keys, models (everything that is there now)
• management of users, which users can use which model, custom system prompts for each user
• "spending" limit for each user (since we are already tracking how much things cost)
• tool management (who can use what tool)
• management of remote MCP servers

But: no feature to show the actual conversations.
