Cypress tests are failing after A2 sunset

Our Cypress tests in this legacy repo logs in to apps on tt02 using an older endpoint (/api/authentication/authenticatewithpassword) that no longer works on tt02. We should migrate our tests to log in via Tenor/TestID instead.
