Its a feature. Currently, users may find it difficult to get instant help, guidance, or automated responses within the application. This creates friction for users who need quick answers without waiting for manual support.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to have an AI-powered chatbot integrated into the system that can:

  • Answer frequently asked questions automatically.
  • Provide guidance or walkthroughs for common workflows.
  • Escalate to a human if the query cannot be resolved.
  • Be available 24/7 to improve user support and engagement.

Describe alternatives you've considered
*A static FAQ/help page (less interactive, harder to search).
*Live chat with human agents only (resource-intensive and not scalable).
