Hmm not really unfortunately, best idea is to look at TARDIS/Safe Space code to see how they use it

Is there really a usable API? Or is everything super low-level?

To be honest, I was kinda expecting a makeLinkedDoorEntities(width, height), heh

There's sort of an API but it's not particularly documented unfortunately.. add me on Steam if you want help creating an addon based on Doors and maybe we can fill up the wiki as we go so anyone else can use it!
