Premium controls (TV) Automatic open when streaming to TV / Premium controls shortcut

Premium controls can be useful, however having to open the settings cog wheel to get to them makes it hard to be worth the hasstle

If you were able to enable Automatic enabling of the controls or just a shortcut straight to the controls this would make this Paid feature less of a grift :)
