制作饺子拿起饺皮,舀起一小勺饺子馅,然后两边对齐,先捏一下,把肉包起来,再翻过来,从背部挽一个花,做成元宝状(这里操作不是很好描述,等下一个大佬来补充~或者等我做了拍个图) |

本来是想发pr的,然后看到了规范...这个饺子的料的量我不太能掌握好,因为我一般都会选择多做,然后留着,可以冻起来继续吃的...所以就来发issue了😀 |

和面
和面小技巧
倒入面粉,在面粉中留一个坑,倒入适当的水(冷水),如果掌握不好量,可以先少倒一些,然后一边和面(不要选择低筋的面),一边根据情况加入,等面成絮状就可以了,然后把面不停地折叠,用拳头压面(具体次数可以根据个人来,一般10分钟-15分钟),最后把面团成团状,封住放在旁边去醒面.

拿起饺皮,舀起一小勺饺子馅,然后两边对齐,半月形包住饺子馅,从两边开始捏,慢慢把口子往中间赶,最后在中间错着封口,要多捏严一点,这种样式的饺子如果没按严容易下锅后开口,担心开口的可以看后面的猪肉馅饺子的包法~
