Choices:

Train [all restaurants, sample photos - 5, 50 clusters] / Test [all restaurants, sample photos - 3, 50 clusters] - evaluate on Kaggle
Train [sample restaurants - 50, all photos, 100 clusters] / Test [all restaurants, sample photos - 3, 50 clusters] - evaluate on Kaggle
Train [sample restaurants - 50, all photos, 100 clusters] / Test [sample restaurants - 50, all photos, 100 clusters] - not evaluate on Kaggle

also: we can run the samples multiple times and concatenate the results, but this raises issues about the nature of the clusters
