iTunes 12.13.9.1的依赖库对比iTunes 12.10.11的依赖库，音质有提升吗？

iTunes 12.13.9.1的依赖库对比iTunes 12.10.11的依赖库，音质有提升吗，两者把无损音乐文件编码压缩为qaac的m4a文件，12.13.9.1的音质有没有提升？
我的m4a音乐文件都是用老版12.10.11依赖库压制的，现在看到出了新版12.13.9.1依赖库，不知道两者音质区别大不大，有没有必要用新版重新压制？

I don't know if Apple is still updating their AAC codec, but possibly yes, but I think the audio quality improvement is indistinguishable, making re-compressing fruitless. If you have the original lossless file like FLAC, yes you can re-encode and try A/B/X testing, but if not, don't re-encode AAC with AAC. You're welcome.

我在Win10系统分别解压iTunes 12.10.11和iTunes 12.13.9.1的QTfiles64.7z，查看两个CoreAudioToolbox.dll的文件属性，显示的文件版本都是7.10.5.0，仅仅数字签名的时间戳不一样。
但是，用上述两个版本的QTfiles64.7z分别解压到foobar2000的encoders目录，分两次转换FLAC文件为m4a文件，用MediaInfo打开，显示编码程序为: qaac 2.85, CoreAudioToolbox 7.10.9.0（两者都显示CoreAudioToolbox版本为7.10.9.0，与Windows系统查看文件属性显示的文件版本不一样）

谢谢你的回复，我看了这个链接的帖子，从2017年3月发布的iTunes 12.6.0.95的CoreAudioToolbox.dll版本号就是7.10.9.0，到2025年10月发布的iTunes 12.13.9.1，CoreAudioToolbox版本仍是7.10.9.0，已经过去8年了仍未更新，苹果真是偷懒。
