Building in towns

Should be able to build houses etc in towns. Price should be the same as if you bought the same house to ensure it can't be gamed for easy money

Nice! I found you can sell your house right off the bat to get cash. I have it on my list of fixes unless you intend to leave it as is. I kind of like the idea of going for broke and losing your respawn! (End up respawning way away from "home" with an expensive bus ride is my idea I am going with)
