Can't download models in china.

The newest version, I can't download any model even if I used the proxy software. The rate is slow when I update the software.
So can you provide an option for Chinese users to switch model providers like hf-huggingface & model scope?

Well, it would be really great if Modelscope were available as a source of models, instead of just Hugging Face; that would provide a wider variety of models.
