I feel like we shouldn't be rounding to 2 decimals. Maybe 2 significant digits? We want to build our tools so they last forever, and the value of REP/ETH at any given point of time may be such that 2 decimals is way too many, or way too few. Even right now, I feel like 2 decimal limit for ETH will result in a lot of `0.00` or `0.01`.
I wouldn't be against changing that parameter to max significant digits and we do a bit of mathing to calculate what that would be.
