Feat: Worktree initialization script PER project

Currently we can set initialization script globally:

But I think it's better to have it set PER project, because in one project I use npm, in the other bun, or I use Cloudflare with .dev.vars etc.

@stefandevo i think its per project because on each project u get worktree-init.sh in .automaker project of currently selected project

Ok, totally right! Although the location is not logical :-) Basically the settings are in the Worktrees settings page, but only the "initialization script" is per-project.

Would make sense maybe to have it in the "Project" sidebar, or "Tools"which are project specific?

Hm i will rethink ui later to improve it but if u get some nice concept for it feel free to create pr
