Freshness check for azd training module on Microsoft Learn

We need to review and update the [training path[(https://learn.microsoft.com/training/paths/azure-developer-cli/) for azd. There may be a potential issue with:

• abbreviations.json isn't generated when initializing a template (did this break or change?)
• There is a reference to some comments in the main bicep file that is no longer there

In unit 2 of this module the information shown when you have the "Windows" option selected compared to the "MacOS" option are vastly different.

I think a lot of the content for this unit has accidentally got nested in with the MacOS instructions and should show all the time.
