Plugin is not in the good version when I download it

Hello !

When I download the plugin on windows using : logstash-plugin install logstash-input-azureblob
I haven't got the last version of the plugin, I have the 0.9.13 without the latest updates.

It's a problem because I absolutely need the azure_blob_file_path_field because I need to filter the file by their name.

Someone can help me ?
