logstash-input-azureblob | Unable to configure plugins

I am trying to send logs to ELK from azure blob( logs for another tool) using logstash-input-azureblob I am getting the below error.

ELK_VERSION=7.15.0
docker compose
command to install the plugin :
command: bash -c "bin/logstash-plugin install logstash-input-azureblob && logstash -f /usr/share/logstash/pipeline/logstash.conf"

Help me to get rid of this issue.
