Changing default partition

I'd like to understand how could I change the slum conf to use the dynamic partition as the default.

I've created a new Slurm cluster using the Cyclecloud web tool but there is no option for setting the default partition (hpc is always used as default).
I found a tool called azslurm in the scheduler but I cannot find any documentation for it.
