Add documentation for .NET Isolated

• Same template as dotnet works for isolated too.

2. Document the languages and language versions that we support in readme.md.

• Added links in the readme.md.

3. Add E2E test pipeline for .NET Isolated.

I just put together a sample repo for a .NET 5 isolated process Azure Function app. I created two different YAML files with GitHub Actions. One that uses this Azure Function GitHub Action. Another that uses the Azure Function Core Tools as part of the workflow.
