For https://github.com/Azure/azure-rest-api-specs/tree/main/specification/deviceregistry/DeviceRegistry.Management, TCGC provide wrong apiVersions of endpoint:

Expected behavior:
apiVersions of endpoint shall also contain 3 api-verisons as client instead of 2.
