Missing spectra for some objects

Some spectra are missing from the published database.
For example, for source_id 4 the following spectra is listed (id 8450) but cannot be recovered:
https://s3.amazonaws.com/bdnyc/1448+1031.txt

The other two spectra listed for that source can be accessed.

Another example is source_id 15 for spec_id 102, which can't access this file:
https://s3.amazonaws.com/bdnyc/spex_prism_2208+2921_U40004.fits

All but one spectra are fixed. The following file appears to be missing entirely:
