loopable unstationary platforms

Description of the feature

Unstationary platforms should have the ability to be looped like the final test chamber of Rexaura

Why should this be implemented

currently it says in the compiler that it cannot be looped, yet this element would have use for looping for laser timers and such

The main reason this is disabled is that it'd be unclear where the platform should start. I could add a checkbox to select, but then it's also unclear if multiple are enabled.

if multiple are selected then have the platforms spawn right above the checked piston/wall
