Can't sign in and use this tool via web, Is the web supported well now?

Happy Chinese New Year！
I am trying to tranfer a png figure to editable file via web provided by this project. But I can not find the registration menu, and there's "Upload failed, please try again later or check if there isany remaining credits." when i upload the png figure directly.

I wander if the web is supported well? should i deploy this project locally?

I have got the same problem now, but several hours ago, it worked as expected. Hence, I think it is due to bugs in the web

We apologize for the inconvenience. We are currently investigating this issue to determine if it's a server-side bug or a capacity limit.

In the meantime, our suggested workaround is to refresh the page and try login and re-uploading your file. Some users have found that a quick refresh resolves the 'Upload failed' error if the session had timed out.
