Mouse does not work in full screen

In the booth, after you toggle full screen from the menu, moving the mouse does not make the play bar available. You can press spacebar to play/pause, but we cannot scrub in full screen.

Clicking mouse in fullscreen might not work if the video player is in focus. See issue #23
