Objective: Simplify the infras, gain more control over how it operations.

Key results:

Move the VAD service to GKE and, leverage auto-scaling capacities.
Add a monitoring system using grafana, prometheus with basic alertings.

p/s: if you want to fine-tune(since we want a great system) the system, you must have full control over how it works.
