[Feature] BeamMP URI handler

Will be nice if you could implement the BeamMP protocol so users can connect directly from a browser link to a BeamMP server.

E.g:

beammp://<IP>:<PORT>

When a link like that is opened, the BeamMP app is opened and automatically connected to the server, so no longer needed to write manual IP:PORT. Also, a connect button can be placed on https://beammp.com/en/servers too.

Now the remaining issue is just getting BeamMP to initiate the whole server connection because in the Launcher there's currently no way to directly connect to a server via the command line like with a Minecraft client
