Icon for @vanilla-extract/css (*.css.ts)

Hi 👋,

I would like to request the addition of @vanilla-extract/css icon. Currently, TypeScript files ending with .css.ts used by @vanilla-extract/css do not have distinctive icons, making them less recognizable in the project structure. Adding specific icons for these files would be a small but meaningful improvement for developers working with @vanilla-extract/css.

AFAIK, the vscode-icons has implemented this as seen here.
