Change IP of heatpump without recreating all entities

Hi all,
very happy with the integration, great work!
I just wanted to ask one thing - I'd like to move my heatpump to a different VLAN in my home network, so naturally it would receive a different IP address as well. Can I change the IP of the heatpump in Home Assistant somewhere? I don't want to delete the configured hub to not loose my entities and such... or is there a better way to do this?

I have the same challenge now.
I had to change the IP Adress of the heat pump, and now the integration is not working anymore.
How can I change the IP address?

I'm not nearly enough of a dev to get what is done in the integration, but from what I can see it stores the config data in the hass.config_entries. As far as I gather from the documentation, we cannot/should not modify those values directly but the integration needs to call a function to enable us changing it. To be honest, right now I think the only way to do this is remove the heatpump and re-add it using the normal confuig workflow. I'd be happy if somebody proves me wrong :)

I can prove myself wrong, though I don't know if what I've been trying is smart - in any case it is not recommended, as far as I can tell, and it MIGHT BREAK OTHER STUFF.
Turns out, you can modify the config entries. I did it by installing the addon Studio Code Server.
Start Studio Code Server, go to Settings -> Text Editor -> Files, scroll down until you see the section "Exclude" and look for the entry called "/.storage". Remove this entry.
Now in the file browser you see the folder ".storage". Open it and select "core.config_entries".
Search for the line that includes "luxtronik", it should have the field "host" in the data array. Change the value to whatever you want it to be.
Restart Home Assistant from developer options (real restart, not only reloading yamls).

I tested this with a separate installation, I added my heatpump, it was discovered correctly. I switched the config_entry-value to a different IP, no values were available any more. I changed the config_entry back to the correct value, heatpump was accessible again. I didn't want to break my setup, since I don't have time right now to clean up any mess, so I did not test it productively yet.

AGAIN, I don't recommend doing this, I don't know what else might break. Right now it's my best shot on how to do it, but that does not mean it's a good shot 😄

I had the same excitement once ago. Do not change the ip whatever it takes. You have to add the whole thing from the scratch.
