[Feature]: LiteLLM support for prompt versioning

The Feature

LiteLLM can add support for prompt versioning and labeling. It should include prompt version which will display single prompt with multiple version and a label like dev, qa, prod or custom label. ref. langfuse prompt management.

Motivation, pitch

Prompt versioning can help in managing the versions of a single prompt that can be updated and reviewed on multiple dates and will maintain a proper versioning tree. Adding metadata about author that created a prompt can also be useful for audit.

It would be beneficial to add alias and versioning support in dotprompt on LiteLLM. This would allow prompt updates without requiring code deployments. @krrishdholakia
